And it's really sweet how Kevin did it, too... he's interning for some government official in Washington, D.C. in the capitol building and she went to visit him for the July 4th weekend. On the morning of July 4th, before the capitol building was open to the public, he had his security guard friends let them in so he could give her a tour off all the artwork.

And that's when he proposed!
